Who Qualifies? (The Three Legal Pillars)
The Bulgarian Ministry of Interior has defined three specific categories for this permit. You must fit into one of these:
The Remote Employee: You work for a company registered outside the EU, EEA, or Switzerland. You need a valid employment contract and a letter from your employer confirming you can work remotely from Bulgaria.
